Huh filed a petition for a provisional injunction against the KFA on June 30, saying that the presidential election for the association is being unfair. The Civil Agreement Division 50 of the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of Huh after the hearing.
The court judged that "there is a serious procedural violation that can be admitted to have significantly violated the fairness of the election and thereby affected the election process."
